Dallas Culinary Student Earns Silver Medal in ACF Competition

Baron Campbell, who is working toward an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of Dallas, a campus of South University, recently received the silver medal in the American Culinary Federation (ACF) student competition hosted by Ben E. Keith Food Service Distributors. Students competed in the contemporary hot-food cooking category, which included the creation of an innovative chicken dish. Baron’s creation earned 2nd place in the competition.
