The Art Institute of Dallas Culinary Former Instructor in Dallas Observer

(Dallas, October 2015) Andrew Savoie, a former culinary instructor at The Art Institute of Dallas, was recently featured in the Dallas Observer. His restaurant, Resident Taqueria, is “full of Savoie's former students” in the kitchen and is known for its tacos and beef short ribs, which come atop oven-roasted tomatoes, onion and chipotle crema.
