Recently, The Art Institute of Dallas, a campus of South University, partnered with Areva Med, a medical lab for cancer research, to work on design elements for the company’s new high-purity lead-212 production facility. The facility is under construction in Plano, TX.

Five teams—a total of 35 students—from The Art Institute of Dallas and Group ESC Troyes in France, are creating design proposals for the building’s lobby, conference room, and the monument sign in front of the facility.

Areva Med will review the projects and make selections to be implemented as a part of the new facility. The winning team will see the results of their project at the opening ceremony for the new Areva Med Building.
