The Art Institute of Colorado recently published its latest newsletter, featuring an update on “The Sonic Project,” an ongoing collaboration with the Denver Animal Shelter in which students created a 3D prosthetic for a kitten born with a deformed front paw. There are also features on the school’s culinary team winning an American Culinary Federation competition, participating in the “Almost Famous” competition, and winning a gingerbread house challenge.

Fashion students also created swimsuits for the Denver Broncos’ Cheerleaders’ calendar and helped to raise money for the local animal shelter.
