The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California—Hollywood Announces New Chef Director

Chef Rossi will oversee and manage the Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management programs and is responsible for maintaining academic and professional standards. He has served as an instructor at the campus for two years.
Chef Rossi is from Italy and started his culinary career as a teenager working in small pizza parlors during summer seasons at sea resorts in Friuli, Italy. He has worked all over the world including in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Sweden. He made his way to the United States and worked in New York City and Los Angeles for Michel Richard at Citrus. While at Citrus, he was asked to open the Japanese branch of the restaurant in Tokyo. In 2000, Chef Rossi went to work for the Patina Group as executive chef for Café Pinot and Pinot Hollywood.
“Chef Rossi’s culinary talents and international experiences are a great asset to the school,” said President AJ Antun. “Now in his new role, he will be able to have a greater impact on our students bringing his knowledge and insights into our curriculum and to our instructors.”
