Houston Grad Named Executive Chef of Tiburon Tavern

Annie Hongkham, who in 2000 earned an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Houston, was recently named executive chef of Tiburon Tavern, the signature restaurant of boutique hotel, The Lodge at Tiburon.

 

According to an article on patch.com, Hongkham will oversee the lodge’s culinary operations and introduce new, handcrafted dishes each season. She is looking forward to developing unique and locally-sourced dining options for meetings, weddings, and events. The restaurant is located in Tiburon, California.

 

Prior to joining Tuburon Tavern, Hongkham worked at Montage Resort Laguna Beach, Ritz Carlton Laguna Beach, and other northern California restaurants and wineries.
