Culinary students from The Art Institute of Houston, under the guidance of Chef instructor Gregory Millo, recently participated in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ World Championship BBQ Cook-off in Houston, Texas. Students were challenged by three days of non-stop preparation, cooking, and serving to thousands of event attendees.
The Art Institute of Houston team volunteered with the Xtreme Texas Cookers team, who won 4th place in the “chicken” category out of 250 teams.
