The Houston Chronicle recently published an article on the city’s “5 Top Notch Culinary Pros 30 and Under” and, this year, we can proudly say 3 out of the 5 have a direct link to The Art Institute of Houston.

Current student, Dominick Lee, was included on the list. Lee is working toward an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and is the executive chef at Kiran’s.

Also named are Martha de Leon, Executive Chef at Pax Americana, and Joe Cervantez, Executive Chef at Brennan’s of Houston. Both are recent graduates in the Culinary Arts (AAS) and Culinary Management (BS) programs, respectively, of The Art Institute of Houston.

Undoubtedly, these 3 “Under 30” pros are leading some of Houston’s finest eateries.
