Chef Leo Davila

Chef Davila was recently showcased in the San Antonio Current for his upcoming appearance on “Big Restaurant Bet”, which features eight challengers all working to earn a  $250,000 contract with celebrity chef Geoffrey Zakarian. The show has a premiere date of April 5, 2022.

The winning chef will put the prize money to good use—opening up his or her own restaurant.

Via social media, Zakarian describes the show as a “high stakes competition” with “eight talented chefs battling it out to win a contract with me to help open their dream restaurant.”

Davila’s professional credits include being named one of 2019’s “5 San Antonio Chefs You Need to Know.” He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of San Antonio before gaining an MBA from Texas A&M University in San Antonio.

Tune in to Food Network on Tuesday nights at 10pm to follow his journey on “Big Restaurant Bet.”
