Staver Exhibits in Three Shows Nationally
Graphic Design Faculty member Diane Staver’s work was part of three recent gallery shows. Diane has a piece in Visual Art: Urban Collage and the Collage City, an international exhibit featuring visual art which explores cities, city life, and urbanism. The show is held at Feral Factory Ltd., in Denver, Colorado from 4/1 – 6/30, 2017.
Red was held at the Stutz Raymond James Art Gallery in Indianapolis, Indiana. “This exhibit encourages artists to explore the range of emotions, symbolism and varied meanings of this powerful expressive color. We invite artists to interpret the concept of RED.” Diane had two pieces accepted which were also featured on the Indianapolis, Channel 8 show, Indy Style TV, shown on January 21, 2016. The show ran from 2/3 – 3/2, 2017.
Diane also exhibited in Abstract Sanctuary 4, an international exhibit held at the Verum Ultimum Art Gallery in Portland, Oregon in February. The emphasis of the show was abstraction.
