Future Indy Fashion Designers Rock the Runway at "Cultured"

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 20, 2018 — The Art Institute of Indianapolis, a non-profit institution, is producing another unforgettable formal fashion show. Dazzling Indy with student designs this year on Thursday, March 1, at 8 p.m. in the historic Crane Bay Event Center, the show features student constructions of women’s wear, men’s wear and more. This year, an original special segment titled “Cultured” celebrates world culture through fashion.

The VIP reception will take place at 6 p.m., with the general reception following at 7 p.m. The event will include the Beau Monde Bazaar, which will feature clothing and accessories created by the student organization for fashion. There is also a free afternoon dress rehearsal show for high school students. If you have a high school student or group that would like to attend the rehearsal, contact the school at 317.613.4800.

General admission tickets are $25 and $30 at the door. Tickets are available for pre-sale. There are a limited number of at-the-door tickets available. To purchase tickets prior to the show, contact Deanna McDonough at The Art Institute of Indianapolis at 317.613.4800. Parking is an additional $5 fee and must be paid in cash at the venue.

All proceeds are donated to fund student scholarships at the non-profit Art Institute of Indianapolis.
