Eleven at the Pyramids

Eleven at the Pyramids is the student-run restaurant of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Indianapolis. The restaurant offers a unique combination of real-world experience and instructional content while creating a quality dining environment for patrons.

Under the supervision of the Chef Director and an experienced and credentialed faculty of chef instructors, students create bistro-style dishes in the kitchen and run all aspects of the dining room.

Eleven at the Pyramids is an opportunity for culinary students to demonstrate their skills in a real-world environment—and for diners to experience delicious meals showcasing the students' talents.
