For the second year, over 40 culinary students from The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire, The Art Institute of California—Orange County, and The Art Institute of California—Hollywood, all campuses of Argosy University, took part in the All Star Chef Classic. The four-day event offers a series of engaging dining experiences that allows guests to enjoy the world class cuisine from award-winning chefs from around the world. The All Star Chef Classic takes place in a specially designed festival and stadium setting.

The students volunteered to work alongside the seven participating chefs. The experience took place in partnership with AEG. The meal was a four-part Masters Dinner Series dedicated to American, Spanish, and female talent. There were also two walk-around tasting events featuring chef talent from around the country. Little Masters, a segment that offers the opportunity for the next generation of great chefs to receive hands-on training from the best of the business, was a popular part of the event.

Chef from the All Star chef classic included Duff Goldman, Jose Garces, Jose Andres, Michael Voltaggio, and Ludo Lefebvre.
