Alum Amanda Martin Honored with Restaurant Accolades

Chef Amanda Martin, who in YEAR earned an Associate in Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire, is the executive chef at the Restaurant at Leoness Cellars in Temecula, California—the restaurant that recently earned the #1 spot on USA Today’s “10 Best Winery Restaurants.” This is the second year in a row that the restaurant received the honor.
 
Martin is also a former faculty member at the school. Over the past six years, Martin and faculty Chef Daragh Matheson have hired many of the school’s Associate of Science in Culinary Arts graduates including Jeremy Rivera (2016 graduate), Gregory Rodriguez, (2017 graduate), and Melissa Bowlds (2017 graduate).

The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire is a campus of Argosy University.
