Inland Empire Chef and Students Represented at James Beard House Thanksgiving Dinner

This past Thanksgiving, Chef Clifton Lee Van On was one of the chefs who prepared a holiday dinner at New York City’s James Beard House. The Chef worked alongside chefs from other culinary schools in The Art Institutes system of schools—as well as culinary students who competed to earn a spot in the James Beard House kitchen.

In addition to the Chef Van On’s participation in the event, The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire, a campus of Argosy University, enlisted design students and alums to create a package for the dessert served at the event.
