San Bernardino Campus Celebrates Gallery Exhibit

The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire, a campus of Argosy University, recently celebrated the opening of a new gallery exhibit on campus. The exhibit features photographs of culinary students and instructors in classrooms, working in student-run Seasons Restaurant, and attending demonstrations and community events.
Refreshments were created by culinary instructor George Tucker and volunteers from the school’s Associate of Science in Culinary Arts program. Food included bite size hor’dourves of Chicken Curry, Sauteed Vegetable Cous Cous, Ceviche and Steak Frites.
