The Art Institute of California – Inland Empire Art Series Featured in Inland Empire Community Newspapers

(Inland Empire, July 2015)  The Art Institute of California - Inland Empire, a campus of Argosy University was featured in the Inland Empire Community Newspapers regarding its “Design After Dark” art series. The first event took place on the rooftop of the Riverside Art Museum on Thursday, July 2. This was a live art demonstration and collaborative gathering which was open to the public at no cost.

The event was held during the Riverside Art Walk and featured Andrew Hem as the main painter. Andrew has an impressive background in graffiti art and is known for his paintings featuring scenes of urban culture and daily life. He has done several murals around the world, and most recently painted a two-story building at Santa Monica City College.

The campus helped provide art supplies and music was provided by the DJ duo, Mental Physix.
