The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California – Inland Empire will present an exhibit, “The World of Breads,” and host an opening reception on October 13 at 6:30 p.m. featuring Pastry Chef and Instructor Laurent Baillon.

Chef Baillon inherited a passion for food and cooking skills naturally having grown up in a restaurant family in Normandy, France. He received formal training at the School of Pastry and Bread at Dieppe, France and worked in Paris as pastry chef and cook at the Auberge du 14 Juillet.
