Roshni Gurnani, an instructor at The Art Institute of Las Vegas, was recently named the Top Chef at the Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival. He was assisted at the event by Natalie Navarro, who is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management from The Art Institute of Las Vegas and Devon Rubio, who recently graduated with the same degree.

Chef Angela Sweetser, a culinary instructor at The Art Institute of Las Vegas, recently participated in “Halloween Wars” on the Food Network. She was a member of the “Sweet Screams” team. Sweetser specializes in sugar artistry.
