Bistro 31 is the restaurant operated by students of The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California—Los Angeles. The restaurant offers a contemporary approach to international cuisine and flavors. It's Zagat-rated and proudly presents high-quality dishes at affordable prices.
The students who work in the bistro are in their final-quarter of culinary school. The restaurant experience provides them with the opportunity to practice both the theory and culinary artistry that they've learned. Working at Bistro 31 gives students hands-on experience with menu creation, food prep, management, money handling, and customer service
Our menu changes seasonally to incorporate fresh and flavorful ingredients. On occasion, the bistro also features special menus such as a three-course "Taste of Truffle" menu or a celebrity chef inspired prix fixe.
