Program Licensure

Completion of the program of study for the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design meets the requirements to sit for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification Examination and, therefore, meets the educational requirements for licensure in all states with the exception of the following: The Art Institute of Tampa has not made a determination whether completion of the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design program meets the educational requirements for licensure in Louisiana, Nevada, or Washington D.C.

Students seeking licensure in interior design are recommended to confirm all requirements with the state of their choice.
