Culinary is a Business—and an Art

You know there is more to a great restaurant than just the food. Culinary is an experience—a combination of business and artistry. In the online Culinary Management Bachelor of Arts Degree Program, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about foods from around the world as you explore both the ‘front and back of the house’ in the restaurant business.*

Our immersive culinary program, with a focus on leadership skills, is offered in a convenient online format. This allows for interaction and brainstorming with your classmates and fellow culinary artists. Our professional instructors** bring their experience to our online classroom, and use virtual tools to teach you financial and operations management, menu management, HR, planning, and marketing.

When you complete the program, you may pursue employment in jobs including kitchen chef, banquet director, food and beverage manager, and kitchen supervisor. What are you waiting for? Start your education today, to prepare for a more flavorful, entrepreneurial tomorrow.
