Audio Program - Student working in Audio Studio

The Art Institutes’ Miami International University of Art & Design Bachelor of Science in Audio Production student, Gabriela Guerrero, was recently featured by the Miami New Times as an up-and-coming R&B artist.

Although Guerrero is studying audio and has dabbled in DJing in the past, she surprised even herself with the new path her life is taking toward a future as a singer and songwriter.

"I just started singing a year ago really seriously, and before that, I never sang. I didn't even think I had a voice," she said in the article.

As a singer, Guerrero is known as Native Youth and has a soulful, expressive and unique sound. Read the Miami New Times story on Gabriela Guerrero or find her music at Soundcloud - Gabriela Guerrero.
