Miami Faculty and Students Participate in Florida’s Supercon

Miami International University of Art & Design recently sponsored, exhibited, and participated in panels during this year’s Florida Supercon, one of the largest comic cons in the southeastern United States—with over 55,000 attendees.

Faculty members from Miami International University of Art & Design participated in six panels, with topics ranging from introduction to storyboarding to designing a toy line and creating your own Cosplay photography portfolio. There were also portfolio review and character animation panels. The school’s students participated in a competition to display their best  “SuperHero” character—and the school’s booth showcased student demo reels.
