Whether you’re watching a movie screen, TV monitor, or your smartphone, you’re looking at the work of a team of writers, producers, directors, camera operators, lighting technicians, video editors, and digital video effects designers. If you want to join them, the place to start is our Digital Filmmaking & Video Production degree programs. We’ll guide your learning as you work with digital video cameras, editing and graphics software, and other technologies. You’ll explore how to create everything from broadcast news to motion pictures as you get ready write and direct the story of your future. You’ll be surrounded and inspired by other talented, creatively driven students. And you’ll be pushed, challenged, and, above all else, supported by experienced faculty*. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment to complete our Bachelor’s program. If you’re thinking we’ll ask even more of you in a graduate program, well, you’re right. But if you’re passionate about film and hungry for knowledge, this could be your next step. You can learn to produce films that show off both your storytelling ability and your technical skills. You’ll explore the entire filmmaking process, from screenwriting and pre-production to principle photography and post-production through distribution. And you’ll put everything you've learned into creating a work that's worthy of submission to the film festival circuit. You’ll be prepared to join a college or university film department where you can pass along your knowledge to those who share your passion.
