Institutional Accreditation

The Art Institute of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools to award bachelor’s and associate’s degrees. The Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools is listed as a nationally recognized accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. State Licensing

The Art Institute of Wisconsin has been approved and is legally authorized to do business in the state of Wisconsin as a private postsecondary school, subject to the provisions of §38.50 Wisconsin Statutes, and all administrative rules adopted pursuant to the statutes.
