The Art Institute of Tennessee—Nashville Competed at the 10th Anniversary of Iron Fork
The Art Institute of Tennessee—Nashville, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta, competed for top prize at the 10th anniversary of Iron Fork, an event hosted by The Nashville Scene. Ai Tennessee—Nashville culinary arts students participated as an official sponsor and prepared several tasteful dishes including: Southwestern Chicken and Rice Cake with Cotija Cheese and Salsa Rojas.
During the competition, attendees will sample award-winning cuisine and cocktails from a wide selection of Nashville’s best restaurants. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit The Nashville Food Project, whose mission is bringing people together to grow, cook and share nourishing food, with the goals of cultivating community and alleviating hunger in our city.
