Nashville Campus Welcomes Wisconsin Cheese to School for Tasting

Recently, The Art Institute of Tennessee—Nashville, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta, welcomed Ms. Sara Hill from Wisconsin Cheese to campus. Ms. Hill hosted two cheese demonstrations and tastings for faculty and culinary students
 
Hill discussed the process of making cheese as well as flavor profiles and the qualities that make Wisconsin cheese unique.
