Nashville Culinary Faculty and Staff Volunteer At USO Big Band Bash

The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Tennessee—Nashville, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta, recently partnered with the United Service Organization (USO) to sponsor the food at the 2016 USO Big Band Bash at the Lane Motor Museum, in Nashville, Tennessee. Over 300 guests attended the event, held on November 12, 2016.
Culinary students worked at the event, under the guidance of Chef instructors Anthony Mandriota and Lisa Ramsey. Chef Mandriota is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Executive Chef and ACF Certified Culinary Evaluator. Chef Ramsey is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Executive Pastry Chef, and ACF Certified Culinary Evaluator.
