Courses Restaurant Offers Fresh Food at Friendly Prices

The current dinner menu features entrees like CocoBeer Shrimp, Jumbo Gulf Shrimp Dipped in Beer Batter and Rolled in Grated Coconut, and Served with Tangy Apricot Sweet and Hot Sauce or Barbecue Corn Cake Stack Fresh Corn Cake Stacks with Low and Slow Pulled Pork Barbecue, Tangy Memphis Sauce, Sliced Tomato, and Cole Slaw. There are appetizers and desserts to complement any of the entrees.  The Courses menu changes every quarter to reflect seasonal ingredients, local cuisine and the students’ creativity.

Courses is open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm. The a la carte lunch menu starts at $5.95-$10.95 plus tax. Reservations are suggested. Carry-out and call ahead are also available. For more information or reservations, call 615.514.3210 or email mkjacabson@aii.edu.
