Orange County Grad Tia Baker Named Head Chef at The Federal – Long Beach

Tia Baker, who in 2008 earned an Art of Cooking Diploma from The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University is now the head chef at The Federal – Long Beach. The restaurant is known for its retro California fusion in downtown Long Beach.
