The culinary department at The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University, recently collaborated with the school’s design department to update the look and feel of the student-run restaurant, Exhibit (formerly called 5ifty Forks). The restaurant, a hands-on learning kitchen where students create culinary artistry for patrons, was called a “pleasant surprise” by Orange Coast Magazine in its January 2017 issue

Graphic design students submitted concepts for a new logo while the interior design department updated the décor. Industrial design students created new countertops and furniture for the restaurant’s patio area.

A ribbon cutting for the new space will take place on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 5-7 pm. The school and restaurant are located at 3601 West Sunflower Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92704-7931.
