Orange County Student Nicole Holtzman Selected to Compete in Emmi-Roth and Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Recipe Contest Finals
Nicole Holtzman, who is working toward an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts at The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University was recently selected as one of six finalists in the national Emmi-Roth Cheese and Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Recipe Contest and Tour.
Holtzman submitted an original recipe using Emmi-Roth specified cheeses (Natural Melt and Grand Cru). She will fly to Madison, Wisconsin in June 2017 to tour Wisconsin dairy plants and farms, spend a day at the Emmi-Roth Culinary Center, and compete in a scholarship cook-off.
