Orange County Culinary Kitchen Used to Teach Anaheim Ducks How to Prepare Healthy Meals

On July 1, 2016, twenty new players for the Anaheim Ducks hockey team met in the professional kitchens at The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University, to learn how to prepare nutritious meals in their own home kitchens.
They were taught by Executive Chef Joseph "Jo Jo" Doyle from the Honda Center—the location where the Ducks play. This is the second time that the team has sent their draftees to the school to learn how to cook healthy foods. Last year, hockey players from around the world were flown in to learn culinary techniques and healthy eating habits.
