Steve Gostin, culinary program chair, The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University, recently joined the board of directors of Bracken’s Kitchen. The organization is a Huntington Beach-based nonprofit organization that utilizes food trucks to serve people who are suffering from ongoing food instability.

Bracken’s Kitchen was founded by renowned gourmet chef Bill Bracken, who realized that people with limited resources were not able to travel regularly for the nutritious meals Bracken wanted to provide. He decided to use mobile food trucks to take food to the people.
