Orange County Culinary Team Wins Third Place in Italy

Two culinary students at The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University, recently placed third in the Urbani Tartufi Truffle Competition. Christopher Heinlein, who is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Food & Beverage Management and Timothy San Pedro, who is working toward an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts, traveled to Italy for the competition and received a special award for their recipes.
