Philadelphia Fashion Grad’s Prom Dress Designs Featured on Philly.com
May 26, 2016
Michael Thomas, who in 2014 earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia, was recently featured on philly.com for his “red-carpet-worthy” prom gown creations.
Michael interned at Oscar de la Renta's New York studio for three years and even helped to design a dress for his own prom date. The article follows Michael’s journey to discovering his love of fashion—he’d originally hoped to be in musical theater but a trip to a fabric store changed his career path.
