The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Students Compete in ACF Competition

(Pittsburgh, October 2015) On October 26, The Art Institute of Pittsburgh hosted a meeting of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and held a student competition. The competition, “Anything Goes,” asked entrants to prepare a vegan entrée. Two students at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh entered and placed.
Vincent Brady, a student in the Associate of Science in Culinary Arts degree program placed first with his cauliflower steak, and Cora Groom, a student in the Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management degree program took third place ribbon for her Vegan Curry with Fall Vegetables.
