The Art Institute of California—Sacramento Culinary Department, a campus of Argosy University, is partnering with both the new Sawyer Hotel and Fresher Sacramento in providing kitchen and work space.

With the Sawyer Hotel not set to open until October 2017, the team of Chefs—Executive Chef Patrick Prager (below, center), Executive Sous Chef Randy Davis (below, right), and Sous Chef Brandon Rainwater (below, left)—are using our facility to do Research and Development on their new menu. Randy is an Ai California—Sacramento 2010 graduate of the Culinary Management (BS) program.
