TEAM MARCY has been selected as a finalist and will be traveling to Wisconsin in June to compete for the top prize. Good luck Marshawn and Chef Macey - we are #AiProud of you!
Marshawn Watson, who is working toward an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of California—Sacramento, a campus of Argosy University, is entering the Emmi-Roth & Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Recipe Contest. If selected for the competition, he’ll work alongside coach/instructor Chef Macey Crist as “TEAM MARCY” (MARshawn & MaCeY). Six winning teams will attend a three-day tour of Wisconsin dairy plants and farms, including a day at the Emmi-Roth Culinary center where they will compete in a scholarship cook-off.
TEAM MARCY submitted an original recipe for a dessert using Emmi-Roth cheese. The event finalists will be announced on May 19, 2017.
