Students at The Art Institute of California-Sacramento have been working with Habitat for Humanity of Sacramento to use their new building sites as real world interaction and experiences. These field trips have enhanced the Building & Mechanical Systems class that is part of the Interior Design curriculum.

Students have opportunities to see firsthand the latest construction and sustainability methods and Habitat staff have benefitted from the fresh ideas our students have.
