The Art Institute of California – Sacramento Alumnus in The Sacramento Bee

(California, October 2015)  On October 13, 2015 The Art Institute of California – Sacramento, a campus of Argosy University, hosted a Capital Film Alliance Actors Workshop that featured veteran Hollywood actor Stephen Tobolowsky. Stephen Tobolowsky's acting career includes 238 film credits including such major films as Groundhog Day and Thelma and Louise.

Tobolowsky is in the Sacramento area filming his role as Reverend Weld, for a Screen Actors Guild feature film called “Mamaboy.” The film also stars Gary Busey (Point Break, Lethal Weapon, and Dancing with the Stars) and is directed by Alumna, Aaron Leong, a 2012 graduate at The Art Institute of California -Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production.

Mamaboy is Aaron's first feature film as director. More than 30 The Art Institute of California -Sacramento current students and alumni have crewed on this feature film to date
