High School Educator’s Learn Charcuterie Techniques on their Summer Break!
On June 21st Chef John Tamez conducted an advanced culinary training for High School Educators in the area. Several school districts learned new techniques for making sausage, pickles, and the display of these items. The training also allowed the educators to earn continuing education credits for their professional development activities with their districts. Chef John Tamez was assisted by students Ai San Antonio culinary students Gaby Cortes, Kellie Fredsholm, and Gunner Berryman.
