Chef McHugh echoed our desire for graduates to give back to their community and push their creative capabilities by accepting increasing responsibility on the job in their industry. The dream of making it big in any industry does not come without hard work and determination. We were honored to have Chef McHugh speak to the audience of nearly 800 attendees and inspire the next generation of creative professionals. The Chef de Cuisine for Cured, Chef William Rivera was also in attendance at the graduation ceremony. Chef Rivera is a 2008 Ai Dallas culinary graduate and who entered culinary school with experience as a butcher and has quickly made a name for himself in high-end kitchens in California and Texas.
