San Diego Culinary Students Participate in “Creations in Chocolate”

Creations in Chocolate had an ocean-inspired theme by marine life artist and special guest Wyland. The Art Institute of California—San Diego donated all chocolates to the event—and the school emerged on top as it won “Best in Theme.” 

Chef Lechner’s Bread class helped to set up the event.
