Recently, Connecticut artist Loren Costantini presented a workshop at The Art Institute of California—San Diego, a campus of Argosy University. Constantini builds large scale installations of metallic flowers using "found" metal and other recycled and repurposed materials and has had installations in New York City, Colorado, and Connecticut, to name a few. He’s the creator of the organization "LorenFlower," an artistic endeavor that works to make the world a brighter place through art.

Constantini supplied all of the workshop materials at no cost through LorenFlower.
According to Constantini, “LorenFlower is inspired by the remarkable individuals who give of themselves every day to nonprofit causes around the world. Our Series of whimsical, colorful, strikingly original flower sculptures that share the same spirit of benevolence that prevails when good people do good. A LorenFlower touches hearts, delivering an elemental energy that only a flower can bring.” 50% of the profits of LorenFlower sales are given to organizations and foundations.
