San Diego Culinary Instructors Prepare Food for "Field to Vase" Event

On April 20, 2017, chef instructors from The Art Institute of California—San Diego, a campus of Argosy University volunteered at the “Field to Vase” event. The event took place in the flower fields of Carlsbad, California and allowed the chefs to showcase their skills through passed Hors d‘ oeuvres and platters of delicacies served to 175 guests who mingled among the flower fields.
