San Diego Culinary Students Prepare Four-Course Meal for Farm to Chef Event

The Art Institute of California—San Diego, a campus of Argosy University recently hosted its first annual “Farm to Chef” event, which took place at the school’s student run Palette Restaurant
Farm to Chef was a learning experience for culinary students, who created a four-course meal using local ingredients.  The food was presented to local San Diego chefs as well as alums of the school’s culinary programs.
