San Diego School Partners with CRAF For Seafood Paella Fiesta

Recently, the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (CRAF) hosted a Seafood Paella Fiesta workshop in partnership with The Art Institute of California—San Diego, a campus of Argosy University.
Participating chefs worked with seafood from Catalina Offshore Products, which specializes in locally sourced seafood. During the workshop, chefs created a seafood paella along with many accompanying dishes.
