College Bound is an 11-week college experience for high school juniors and seniors to connect with others that share your interests while taking college level courses designed to help you grow, discover yourself, and create something awesome.
Whether you want to explore the essentials of drawing, design a website for your business, master your DSLR camera or discover the decadence of chocolate, our noncredit courses are immersive and focused, so they’re perfect for curious – but busy – people like you.
Students need to meet all requirements. The Art Grant is not offered at all Art Institute schools and the grant amounts vary by location; check with the school you’re considering attending for exceptions and details.
The Palette is the student-run dining room at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California--San Diego, a campus of Argosy University. Working in the restaurant is the culmination of the culinary students' educational journey. After six intense and disciplined academic quarters, senior students are charged with operating The Palette, from greeting guests to serving diners and preparing meals.
The Palette's weekly-rotating menu features many of the cuisines and disciplines taught at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California--San Diego. Dishes include everything from American regional favorites to multi-cultural world fusions.
The restaurant's normal operating hours are lunch and dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Seating is limited and reservations are required. Please call 858.598.1405 to make reservations and to learn about this week's menu.
